If i was you, or i would probably buy in 10 or 20k parcels, at .15 cents, it is a fair price i believe, and later on when the shares hit the market, its basically a crystal ball.
If the price goes below .15, i would probably buy in 10-20k parcels and incorporating the average down method.
thats how i would buy,
imo.
if someone else has some other way
