Material sector has been enjoying its best shots during the period of Low Oil.
It is now the time for O&G stocks because Usd and Yuan are stablelised therefore Oil was bottom as long as the police makers stand still.
The 400 million share buyback announced on March 2nd didn't make sense with the big drop in Orica S.P. due to the leaving of CEO.
Do people think Boral is the same. It buybacks its shares at all time high which is against the theory.
There's a shake up in managements that shows negative things happening.
