Tells something interesting. These guys are desperate to accumulate, could be instos, or cashed up SMSFs
Why don't they buy LPDR at 1.8c or 1.9c and convert them they'd get a 10% cheaper entry than the heads?
Because there's not much LPDR volume available. They're securing their large position before the juicy announcements start flowing.
