No chance the 3300t was in conjunction with Lepidico, if in fact the shipment belongs to Galaxy in the first place.
The recent LPD CR is to fund the pilot plant (to be completed by April) to hopefully satisfy financiers/offtake partners towards funding the 5-6,000tpa Phase 1 plant, prior to leaping into a much larger Phase 2 plant.
If Lepidico were in a position to be producing 3,300 right now, kinda makes the above mute.
