Not quite right I'm afraid.

Colonial have made money out of DNL. Yep thats right they made their wopping 10-15% margin that gets them the big tick of approval from their trusty super holders.

Brilliant arn't they.

When the world went into commodity tanking mode at the beginning of last month, Colonial obviously took a protective stand to exit the small to medium cap stocks. I was also told this by someone who knows someone who works for Colonial.

Fortunately for them, DNL has been able to absorb it. I pitty those other 30 or so stocks that are under that pressure right now.

But do not worry, I sent the same panick stricken questions into the atmosphere about their tactics as well. Fortunately I uncovered what I hope was the answer.

The fundamentals have not changed.
