    The letter of demand was sent as a separate attachment addressed to the VIL board, via an email to NWR Communications, to ensure of its delivery.

    NWR Communications confirmed by phone and electronically, that the letter has been sent and received by the VIL board. However, to date, no official acknowledgment from any member of the VIL board.
