He got paid an average of around $400k a year for the last 3 years, 335k per year more than the CDU directors. Now for doing his job he wants another $2.3 million. Don't forget that this options grant is an attempt to rollover the current deal because he has FAILED to reach performance targets set for the previous tranch.
