    I agree with you why is it being sold off. If HDR can stand on its own feet for the foreseeable future. It makes no sense to me for The Board to capitulate. There has to be X the unknown factor, but what is it?

    Why did Ted and his team leave if The Company was a winner?

    I do not know the answers but they are out there
