I am not saying it is a bad company. Please do not misread what I am saying. I am saying is that it has fallen on hard times and has had to put itself up for sale. Some people here believe there are no problems and that HDR can continue to trade successfully on their own. I think this is a falsehood they need a merger to survive whatever happens in the future. That I firmly believe now although at the beginning of this year I was holding a very different view for HDR and its future
