p*ss off - Hardman has not fallen on hard times - it has cash ($270 mil at 30/6) and cash flows (about $1mill a week) and the ability to schedule its cash flows by its own decisions or by selling down interests.

Hardman is in a very strong position. That does not mean I would not welcome a takeover by better management - but not by current shareholders giving up 44% of their upside.

Maybe even sacking Potter may improve the share price.
