The reason Hardman are for sale hgas nothing to do with cash or cashflow - it is purely the lack of b*lls by the pommy CEO - and the fact that he was too gutless - or compromised - to defend the shareprice - except with the most limp wristed glass is half full announcements about success in Uganda.
Us colonials maybe rough and unsophisticated - and don't know the rules of polite Pommy society - but we sure know when we are being screwed. And we also know a bit about the PR game - I would quit before some of us can get a handle on you and work out who really employs you.
As I have consatntly said, I don't mind a Tullow takover - it solves the problem of Potter's management. Its the price I don't like.
