Its very good that you brought this up as an example! Exspecially if you think that we most probably going trough the next mayor gold bull market leg up which will also bring higher the whole gold industry floor prices to higher highs and higher lows,as said and looking around the the top 10 gold miner economics last year we really headed towards 1000USD+/oz AISC industry average, and as a consequence i do think the next down turn floor price probably will be at around 1200-1300/oz instead of the past sub 1100/oz. So any development project in a first world country with an AISC at 8-900USD/oz will be highly sought after for top dollars.
