    Yes dealing with government certainly seems complicated. Even Colin Barnett has said he will be actively involved and publicly does not understand the financial responsibilities of funding the OP&R project are with Mitsubishi. Either he is playing stupid as Tenbanger said or he doesn't know. I sent him a clear email to let him know (sounds crazy doesn't it)
