"Jabiru has an agreement with Oxiana Golden Grove Operations Pty Limited (“Oxiana”) to purchase Jaguar's zinc and copper concentrates. Jabiru will be paid and charged the average of the prices and costs Oxiana receives and pays each month with payment being made 20 days after the end of each month. It is expected that Jaguar's concentrates will be blended with Golden Grove's zinc and copper concentrates at Oxiana’s Geraldton Port facilities, to be sold as blended concentrates. Oxiana has agreed to share the Port storage and handling facilities at Geraldton with JML on a pro-rata cost basis, which ultimately reduces port costs for both companies. The combined concentrate deliveries will enable larger shipments from Geraldton that will flow through to cheaper shipping rates. The agreement contemplates the potential of JML entering into a further offtake agreement with a smelter or trader, behind the Oxiana agreement, if a suitable offer is presented, provided the terms are acceptable to both JML and Oxiana.
