Looks like everyone was hoping to jump back in AFTER the bookbuild since so many had been involved in pushing the sp down - STO is still a top 50 ASX company and many funds will hold just on that basis so if many have been dumping and lending their shares to buy back in cheaper and there are only so many to go around - might make for a very interesting open tomorrow as I'm sure some shorters will not want to be paying over $4 to cover...
I was so keen to get other retailers to stick it to these guys who put us here in the first place - the higher the take up of retail offering - the less cheap shares on offer for these guys to cover with - you can see by the news paper articles the instos thought the retail side was going to be a flop.
Coates may just have finally done something right - oversubscribed by multiples says it all - we're in for quite an opening if thats true - I hope no one gives up their shares cheap after the ride we've been on
