Guys,
I have been shot down before about this.
BUT I still cannot understand why people do not demand their shares back?
You are all saying what a strong case you have. You are all saying ANZ will pay to get out of this mess but you are all going for the money. Which in most cases will be a fraction of what was the value of your share holdings.
Confused.
Yes it will take longer through the courts. But if you are certain about your position why not get back what you lost rather than whatever pittance ANZ is graciously offering???
Seems there has been a precedent set to get shares back. Why roll over now??
