so youre getting 20m market cap for a 14m market cap off ell. so we are looking at a new market cap of 20-40m or thereabouts

GNL was worth $40m last year or the year before so the upside is there, they are at least from my back of envelope sitting on $1b to $3 billion in reserves. So that makes gnl dirt cheap.

ELL shareholders are getting the better end of the deal here less dilution than us poor GNL shareholders, that said id like to see the new GNL in a few months do another takeover via script if they can to expand even further.

Uranium, gold, silver, zinc and platinum are now in their various tentements of the combined companies so theres a lot of room for expansion and good news
