other than liquidity at the moment there is no need in my opinion to convert the oppies at all.
in 18 months sell the options at 60 odd cents whilst the FPOs are at that plus a few cents.
the differential will still be there, if it's not and the 15K per 1mil options to convert makes sense then convert ...
