Last week was a brutal week, and I suspect the next 1 -2 weeks maybe critical and telling as to Paladin’s future and survival.

I noted the top 20 shareholders of Pdn actually hold about 1.1b shares out of the total of 1.7b on issue (65%), so while the huge volume of the last 3 days was about 160m shares, it is still a small fraction (about 15%) of the top 20 shareholders.

If Paladin went into VA, what would that mean? – could Pdn then look at a restructure/ recapitalisation of some kind, then be re-listed? Or, would VA effectively mean shareholders have lost their money for good, and have no hope of reviving their investments in a restructured Pdn?
