Snowpony, What I was trying to get across is that if Palmer has 76% than ARH cannot be included in ASX300 etc. as the ASX restricts companies where a single shareholder controls over 70% of the company.
This is a big deal as it will restrict institutional investors from coming on board.
Now I could be wrong with my interperation but I think that's the way it works.
