NDO's debt is independent to GPC/OEL liabilities.
The way their debts are structured, NDO should be immune to nervous lenders recalling.... at least for a few years.
In fact, due the way the derivative component of the debt is structured, the lowers NDO stock goes the less debt! (not withstanding extreme FX fluctuations.)
That was my read anyway.
There may even be some money flowing from OEL into NDO.
Watching closely for entry...
