re: partner has debt problems with galoc I very much agree with you Captain. OEL have always seemed a bit dodgy, IMO, starting with their partners in the Philippines, then the undisclosed royalty, and now this under funding situation. I reckon there is more bad news to come as more sordid tales begin to see the light.
