I think supers point is spot on.. anyone who feared the worst has sold. now with the comlete freedom to negotiate a whole of world marketing deal we can expect acl to be a very attractive target...
While it is highly unlikely they will get such an atractive royalty rate from their next partner you would expect that the surety of getting it to market actually makes acl an attractive look see.

Additionally all the previously promised mtr related r&d that more than likely has been held over until this was resolved should now follow ..
