As a new zealand share holder I am puzzled at the australian negativity towards retirement assets.To cite some examples on NZ stock market,Metlifecare SHARE PRICE $3, nta $3 (30% OWNED BY FKP), Ryman healthcare SP $4, nta $1.30,Summerset group SP 1.94, NTA $1.10 Now look at 2 aussie examples Engenia group (code ina)SP 27 cents NTA 34 cents, FKP SP 22.5 cents NTA 58 cents.Debt levels of all these companys are simular.So whats the problem in australia ???
