It's happened again! A new seller unloads 115k first thing this a.m. at .205 (down on last night's close) and another seller of 100k then appears at .21.
Now maybe tax loss selling is occurring but one wonders what the correlation is between these sellers and those favoured sophisticated investors who tap into PBI's placements.
Of course unsophisticated investors like yours truly must wait to see what snippets of info the spin doctors will let us have. We will never be invited to buy shares at 80% of recent market prices- we might be stupid enough to hold onto them!
Yes blokes, I could ring the company seeking explanations but, from past experience, their explanations would be highly dubious. Anyway, its up to them to keep us informed on important issues like the mooted board changes and the success or otherwise of their European operations.
A few facts and figures about the financial arrangements relating to their services contracts would be welcome too.
