it took lyc almost 10 years to find correct extract process.
aru have,t start their demo plant yet, and they will need almost 1billion for full construction like lyc did.
plus their ore have very high % of radioactive element.
i think they already miss the bus, because lyc and mcp will drive the ree price down for next 5 year.
so they have to wait for next supply shortage around 2020, just similar to what lyc did in last 10 year.
