The AFR has repeatedly referred to the complicated debt for equity swap that is currently been negotiated.
With the drop in CBA SP with the announcement of the AFG loss, I shudder to think what will happen to their SP (and their reputation) if they do not seek to recapitalise the Centro business on the basis of sound busines logic..
