Hope; re your "I just rang Investor services & asked about the meeting of debt equity swap. They said "no comment". Also they said there will not be any ann about the deal before AGM. That doesn't mean they will announce anything about it after AGM."
If no positive news before the AGM, its a piss poor performance by management, showing no proper planning and preparation and a no brainer re resolution 3 adoption of the remuneration report
