If the CBA loans are secured against property then I would imagine there may be more than $160m "unsecured" if they were to be liquidated - prices would tumble and CBA may end up closer to a billion in the red.
If the CBA won't budge then maybe Centro can eliminate most of the debt by handing over the secured properties.
