Don't be fooled Nevin88.....both companies had dodgy directors but at the end of the day, MMX the company will be found to have had "Clean Hands" and "No Knowledge" of illicit deeds conducted by chm's directors and breaches of duty to chm, aswell as MMX'x directors breach of duty to MMX...And there just Is'nt any hard proof or evidence of "Knowledge"..Grim simply told the board that chm's funds were a loan and that share issues were payment in lieu of cash for services on joint venture tenements, none of the share sale funds were applied to the purchase of jack hills anyway.....There will be no massive monetary victory for chm either in shares or cash....No Hard PROOF of Knowledge by MMX = No case of wrong doing by MMX...
