The Weboz Nicu MMX reports for this period are an interesting set of documents.
Each time our friend Glyna posts up an arguement about what may of happened it is basically trying to ignore what is set out in the reports.
The documents if you dig give all the times when shares were issued to raise cash.
To 30 June 2004 it makes no mention of any IO purchase and Weboz has just over 30k in cash.
In prospectus and supplementary 600k has been paid by 28/7/2004 on deposits. No dislosure in either documents of the payments been late.
No disclosure of selling plant and equipment.
No issue of shares except those that happened after issue of prospectus.
They dont make sense but if CHM have proved to the judge that the bulk of these early key deposits came about because of them then if I was a MMX holder I would buy some CHM as insurance.
Not a Cazaly becuase that was about pegging a claim becuase Rio screwed up.
