I've been in and out of CHM since Oct07 and have watched the court proceedings play out with interest.
I have absolutely no doubt that CHM are in for a win and settlement pay out, I don't know what the size or makeup of the settlement will be but I have backed my judgement by taking a meaningful position (by my meagre standards) in CHM so am now awaiting the final act.
