Quote Today National Business Review
"In the 12 months to July 31, New Zealand exported oil worth $2.8 billion, most of it from the offshore Tui field, also in Taranaki.
In the 11 months to June 30, Tui produced 14.2 million barrels of oil, generating revenue of approximately $1.8 billion. This created $220 million for the government from royalties, company tax, GST and income tax."
If the NZ$220 Million Government Revenue is correct
this makes PPP 2008 accounts look very suspect in the
treatment of various Tax liabilities 10% of this
figure only equals NZ$22 Million as PPPs Share
This company presents a real enigma ?????
