Although we would all love to see NDO go it alone without a JV the chances of success are still low. Much better to farm down on attractive terms if possible and spread the risk. Lets not forget there are other large targets in SC54, better to get 3 for the price of 2 if you can IMO. Imagine if there were technical difficulties which caused the costs to blow out it would be a disaster for NDO. Better off to maintain the shallows and farmout the big plays. I would be happy to sign up a mid tier oiler for SC54 I just want the JV sorted before 2011 turns into 2012.
