Labour was calling for a review of SEA1000 which was surely creating some uncertainty around BIS and maybe being priced in. The Liberal surprise win removes some of that uncertainty for SEA1000 but also for the other large programs.
With the above no longer an issue it will be interesting to see if the market takes another look at BIS.
