Please do not try to sound so righteous by attempting to explain the definition of Pump and Dump.

Mr.Pursell, as you are the so called managing director of Jervois, it is your responsibility (and the buck stops with you)to ensure all office matters are attended to, such as the appendix 3 notice.

You keep on knocking the chinese, then how come you-Mr.Pursell been trying to obtain a joint venture agreement with at least four chinese companies since 2006, failing with two of them.

You stated that JRV's share price peaked in the period June-July 2008 due to Mr.Campbell'comments. This statement is absolutely rediculous due to your quoted trades represent less than 2.5%(being highest figure) of issued shares i.e.

3 June'08 - 26 mil trades = 1.2% of total shares
10 June'08 - 17 mil trades = 0.7% of total shares
20 June'08 - 50 mil trades = 2.3% of total shares
30 June'08 - 5 mil trades = 0.023% of total shares
14 July'08 - 1.7 mil trades = 0.007% of total shares
25 July'08 - 4.9 mil trades = 0.022% of total shares

Further, do you have anybody else to blame for the following JRV trades from 21/11/08 to 27/1/09:

27/1/09 - 4.8 mil, 12/1/09 - 4.3 mil, 7/1/09 - 3.5 mil,
6/1/09 - 19.5 mil, 5/1/09 - 9.1 mil, 31/12/08 - 13.2 mil,
19/12/08 - 5.1 mil, 17/12/08 - 2.1 mil, 16/12/08 - 7.9 mil,
12/12/08 - 4.05 mil, 5/12/08 - 4.2 mil, 26/11/08 - 6.1 mil,
25/11/08 - 3.2 mil, 24/11/08 - 5.9 mil, 21/11/08 - 4.1 mil,

Mr.Deepdiver - Mr.Pursell and family, instead of making unwarranted statements, kindly answer the numerous questions that have been asked by a number of shareholders regarding the running of Jervois.
