Apologies, make a move to $24 through 2013 not $14. Fat fingers. Based on chart major levels and my gut feel that things will continue improving ever so slowly through rest of 2012 and 2013. As the global economy becomes less turbulent and some stability is found interest rates will tick back up adding to QBE's bottom line as a lot of their cash is in govt securities. Primarily US treasuries.
