Alex, that's a very optimistic assessment of the macro environment. Interest rate rises? The Fed's official policy is to keep interest rates at 0 through 2014, and probably later. Likewise, no resolution to the eurozone crisis is in sight and there is talk of unorthodox policy steps such as negative interest rates which would harm QBE's bottom line.
I'm a LT holder but don't share your optimism in the short run.
