I fully know the information about far capes option ofr 5% is in the market domain, what is not is the business rational behind it.
Do you think they have too or are obliged to disclose every last detail of every single announcement ?
It is not price sensitive, it is not market sensitive, and it is probably the last thing on their mind at the moment with what is going on full steam on the major avenues..
So the OP Moshe sold his holding because of that he says and you agreed with him, he was a long term holder , as am I ( 2008) however his stand was he was selling at first sign of strength no mater what, he had been no here moaning constantly for long enough he was going to do this, no issues this was his call, don't however use the excuse of not receiving confidential information back in an email from the company as the reason to sell.
Bigger picture indeed, there is a very very big one and a 5% option hissy fit of one of our lesser potential plays really seems a little over egged to me.
However, fire in to the company that they must disclose this pretty meaningless piece of information, as a shareholder, this is your prerogative.
for me, its the last thing on my mind regarding MEOs future and the strive to get the company back on track for all shareholders.
