Was proper due diligence undertaken prior to drilling? Is this something JPR should have been aware of and disclosed to shareholders? Perhaps they really didnt understand what the requirements for TPL were.
I back the Chinese every time. They rarely lose. And the government has shown great support of them in the past, allowing them to become the biggest oiler in the country. So why stop now?
