Have yet to be a 'convert' to SAM as a higher degree geophysical tool-infact the opposite. Go and do IP/EM if you want credibility instead of this 'cheap' substitute.
As to the transitional decaying geo, the presence of uranium in and around copper orebodies in the Isa Inlier has been on record for 50 years-hence why Jap smelters have historically been reluctant to take ISA concentrate.It has always had background levels of uranium as most senior metallurgists should know.
This applies to both the eastern and western succession as far as I am aware, ie includes the CDU dirt.
Am at the QLD Mining 2006 Conference and CDU still regarded as a laughing stock in terms of its ability to meet acceptable industry standards as to how it has reported its efforts to date.
And if you thought they were credible wouldn't they be at a venue such as this-or is peer group analysis unwanted to the fable?
