    just as i was readind the anouncement fro orion the director representing conglin australia he must have been informed of what was on the table in regards to ultimate
    may be the directors didn t play their cards right when they hurried to offer shares to conglin and the commitment they had made and they said asx were hapy to take over ultimate so it will be interesting legal battle between orion / ultimate and combined small share holders with 18% holding in ultimate
