Iam a bit confused by your remark of an opencast on its side? The mine will be underground will it not? Will mining below sea level be a problem? It is a large resource. Iam guessing 2g/ton is ok but given the lack of inforstructure, the isolated and inhospitable (weather) location and that it is an underground it is asking alot to fall in love with the project at first sight. The forcast is it will cost $370m to set up, given the logistics it could easily go over budget. The shares are illiquid it would be hard to get a sizable holding at any where near current rates, similarly trying to sell large numbers of shares at short notice could be a problem.
I like this stock but with my present understanding I would have to say it is very speculative.
