You obviously can not read the annual report the directors are not the ones overpaid ,they are all management.
The 4 owners of PDT ,and Wilson ,Rudduck are not directors.
So obviously the company believes they are paying market salaries

As for Kelliher,he was on more money at Microsoft and resigned,the only reason he is still at TZ is because he probably knows how big the opportunity and comapny can be.
AS for the last announcement ,do you think Platinum would go on the record about how important the technology was ,and not havea grander plan!!!!
