re: questions to be asked I have been expecting news for nearly 6 weeks but as Klaas said, CK was unavoidably distracted for a month due to the illness and then death of a close relative. We have not heard from PE in that time either. Now the way is clear for the final deal to be struck, I am expecting news to strike literally every day. So while it still may take another couple of weeks I would not be surprised to read the announcement overnight. Certainly it will not be months as PE is waiting on the rebranding of the TFS structure that itself must involve TZL. The pressures must be mounting from all sides so they can't delay more than a couple of weeks. It is no secret that Intevia is the prize and PE/TFS/TZL will form a new mixed entity to exploit it. It will be to our advantage.
