I wish I could help him, there is lots of wicked ones on this forum and we just have to put up with them, the power of the ignore button...

HC could do some "quiet"/behind the scenes clean up as well, post back to multi-nick/same IP address asking "pls choose the one you want to use as others will be disabled - no response = all will be disabled !"

with computers it is so easy, just write one smart script and execute it once weekly, pls do it HC management.
