For those that don't know, there is no shortage of thermal coal in the next 200 plus years. Quality may suffer after a couple of hundred years.
Check out out coking coal though. Very limited supply. Quality coal will just about be done in 30 to 50 years.
Sources are down to China, Russia, Australia, Canada, USA, Mozambique, South Africa , India crappy coal, and Maruwai Basin in Indonesia (the only coking coal in Indonesia) Kazakhstan fair bit. That's about it!
About 2 billion tonnes of coal with coking properties consumed every year.
