Just before the Premier of WA slunk off , he snuck in a new law which applies to all land above 1100m2.
Owners now have to beg permission and pay up to a new body that will decide if you can dig a hole on that land. Applies to everyone. May be mining exemptions at first but they will not last.
This is the thin edge of the wedge.
