VSR is 19M$ MC compared to RR1 42M$, however VSR Phase 3 is currently in 3 of their 18 priority prospective targets, yet the market has sold down. results you have quoted are from their Phase 1 which was unlikely to pick up any mineralisation.
VSR re rated on hitting pegs, however RR1 has seen big appreciation in SP in anticipation of drill bit finding mineralisation.
market atm seems to be growing impatient which is why my comment on it retracing to 1c on no results.
