IMO today's pull back is retail panic fanned by non-holder ramping - of course it's par and parcel of trading and investing in today's marketplace, but it is a trap for less experienced punters.
Here is my take of RR1 atm.
1. They are drilling on the known fertile host rock sequence (Leak Springs Ultramafics) in close proximity to the known source of fertile LCT pegmatites (Thirty Three Suite Granites). Only DLI, RR1 and MI6 are known to have that endowment, as D.F. the MD of DLI has stated.
2. They have exceptional rock chip assays from outcropping pegmatites.
3. They undertook wide spread soil sampling - which they describe as Outstanding
5. Any retail investor who does not understand the pressure that can accumulate at times like this is probably in the wrong game. After all 10 year Govt. Bonds are returning over 4%.
